We had heard from friends and read reviews about Viking Ocean cruises. I wanted to go to Norway and visit my cousins I had never met after the cruise ended in Bergen. I also love the history of Russia so we thought the Viking Homelands cruise was the best for us. And all came true for us. We loved our Explorer Suite. We did have our cabin steward remove a couple of chairs. He was amazing and made our trip exceptional along with many other staff members. Including Omega our favorite bartender, he kept us well medicated!

We do like the fact there are no children, no casino, no photos etc. The food was amazing.
