We chose this cruise because it is a small ship and we had the opportunity to stay in a penthouse Jr. Suite. The cruise sailed tothe Islands that we always wanted to visit. We have done several Europe River cruises with Viking and always had very good experiences but we were always worried about large ship cruising. This trip was perfect for us. The ship is first class with many dining areas, good shore visits with the ship docking close to the villages. The staff was very good and efficient. There was always a variety of different menu selections especially the breakfast buffet. The lounge areas were very comfortable. The large screen T.V. in the pool deck area was perfect to watch the Super Bowl game. Luggage transfer boarding and disembarking was very organized and took the work out of having to move our luggage. We used the laundry service which was a nice amenity.

Cabin Review

Very nice. The sitting area could be curtained off so the bedroom area was quite if you wanted to watch TV and not disturb the person in bed. The beds were large and comfortable. Very spacious bathroom and shower.
