This was our second cruise with Viking Ocean Cruise, and it was great again. All administrative issues prior, during and at the end of the cruise were perfect. The ship is really amazing, with very spacious and beautiful public areas and very nice rooms. The food is excellent and the staff are especially attentive, polite and helpful. The atmosphere is very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. The on-board activities and lectures were educational and interesting. We enjoyed the cruise a lot. it's quite expensive but worth the cost. Again, we booked our next (third) ocean cruise with Viking during this cruise, as well as a river cruise this summer.

My only comment to Viking is that they do not nurture enough their loyal customers. Discounts or upgrades are minimal or none. I asked to receive proposal for last minute cruises but never received a reply or an offer.

The Viking experience is especially recommended to people at or above 60 who appreciate the unique qualities of Viking.
