The service on this ship was impeccable! Alex in the dining area knew our names the first night! Gede took care of our room making it comfortable and spotless daily! Every employee treated us with sincere graciousness and warmth; and all appear to love their jobs and express that often with genuine warmth and happiness; smiles don’t leave their faces as they turn away from you to continue their work. The ship is gorgeous and clean, and the food was superb! We loved the large number of excursion options daily. The extras on the ship (3 pools, hot tub, coffee/tea bar, TED talks, movies on the top deck under the stars, bathrobes, slippers, beach towels and mini fridge stocked daily with beverages, snacks and candies) were beyond expectations! The stateroom was superbly organized with enough closet space and drawer space for us both. We were shocked by the roominess of the bathroom! We’ve recommended this line to all we’ve seen back home, and I already have two more trips booked with Viking!i have never seen this level of organization anywhere in my life!!! Amazing in every way!!!
