Cabin:

We chose this trip for a relaxing cruise. Many of the ports feature beach excursions but as we aren’t beach people, we were thrilled with the history we learned. Our room was, as usual, just right. Viking’s cabins always include a balcony and this was one of the few(due to time of year) cruises we were able to really enjoy the balcony. We always enjoy Seafood night on the 2nd night of the cruise in the World Cafe and this one did not disappoint especially with the mountains of King Crab legs and caviar on blini! The only optional excursion we did was a whale watching trip in Dominica and saw Sperm whales! The included excursions were very interesting and gave us knowledge we didn’t have. Barbados was fascinating and out tour guides were so knowledgeable. I must say that as usual, I always enjoy the incredible library offerings featuring books curated just for Vikings port of calls. The shore talks really gave us the extra information for each port . The staff are wonderful and we met up with at least 4 staff members that were on our Viking Alaska Cruise we took in June. It is such a warm feeling to see staff that remember you from prior cruises. We love our Viking family and always feel safe and taken care of by them. Next cruise April 29th Homelands and looking forward to Vibrant Brazil in 2022!

Cabin Review

Great cabin. I love the warm bathroom floors, extra water, great bathroom toiletries. It is so nice to have a bath robe and slippers. They will always bring extra blankets if you need them. The beds are so comfortable and the father pillows are great.
