8th cruise with Norwegian and 2nd cruise on the Epic.

Very crowded in all public areas. Elevators crowded. Food on buffet was barely warm. Dining room food had good selection but was not on the level of past cruises. Staff was nearly running to serve people but meals still took a long time. Casino spans half of 7th floor and smells like a smoke pit. Bars always overcrowded to the point you couldn’t get a drink. Deck bar service was impossible because of all the people who purchase the all you can drink packages. Tv had sufficient channels but no guide to what was coming on at a given time.

Embarkation fast. Room Stewart good. The “Priscilla Queen of Desert” was a Broadway production not to be missed. Cagneys was good. Noodle Bar good. Disembarking was easy. Ports were fine. Read more
