Princess cruise could not provide a worse experience ever. As soon as we departure from Fort Lauderdale, the caption announced we wouldn't stop in Grenada, one of the ports was scheduled. The crew members were completely disorganized, there were no crew member providing instruction or organizing all the lines to get in or get out of the ship. Every single stop was a mess!!

They arrived 2h late in Turks and Caicos without any excuse and the cruise ship didn't compensate us staying a little longer in the island. Because they didn't stop in Grenada and they arrived late in Turks and Caicos, I missed the excursions I'd paid and I lost my money.

When I complained about this problems in the service desk, I got the answer from the crew member that they couldn't do anything and it was my problem because I didn't purchase the excursions with the cruise company. They also tried to push me to purchase excursions for the next islands. Read more
