Slow service at the restaurants. Italian specialty restaurant not worth the money. At the bars, the service was slow as well. At times, I didn't even get served. Staff look over-worked and short staffed. At times, staff were flat out rude. Spent a lot of time at Guest Services, as they kept messing up our account. At first, they stated we didn't even have a credit card on file (we put this information in months ago). Any time we received excellent customer service, it was always a place where we had to pay more to have access to. For example, we paid $189 pp for the cruise to stay in Vibe. Our waiter was always there to help. The ICE bar was great too; but again, we paid 20 pp for access to that. Cruise Carnival or Princess. No matter where we went, we had great service. I've been cruising since 1997, and this was the worst cruise so far!
Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was great as well as shower stall. Very practical shelving and storage. Buttons to press for do not disturb and to make up the room. Good sound barrier between cabins. Locks were finicky with the keycards. HATED that I had to leave my keycard in a particular slot to keep the electricity on in the cabin. I kept forgetting it when I would leave the stateroom.
