Friends told us Princess was a good cruise line so we were excited to try it! What a HUGE disappointment! The ship has broken engines so didn’t stop in 3 of our 6 ports! The staff was rude, food & entertainment quality were very poor. Our dining room waitress acted like we were bothering her & ignored us when we asked questions about the menu. She even told us she could give us a tablecloth when we mentioned that the air conditioning was cold in the dining room! We had a poor experience with the new Medallions. It took us 4 trips to guest services to get our room keys resolved! Be careful of the falling elevators and the lighting fixtures that fall from the ceiling near the cafe. The Crown should be named the Clown! The ship is in disrepair all over & not clean! Even with the 35 % offer they gave everyone, We will not be going on another Princess cruise.
