13 cruises and never wished a cruise to end until now. Staff was not trained. Seemed to have a lot of new employees but an “I am sorry I do not know” always preferable to “yes, it will be taken care of” and then no action. It took three phone calls and three trips to customer service desk and 36 hours to get air conditioning operating in stateroom. About 1/3 of our food orders were wrong and This is ordering from the menu with no requests for changes. Not enough staff For the dining room. I question the ratio of staff to guests that carnival quotes. Had a lot of difficulty making myself understood by purser’s staff. Have cruised with four other lines and don’t hold the bar high for carnival but the lack of service was unacceptable. And CONSTANTLY bombarded with upsell offers for specialty drinks, meals and excursions
