Regrettable or treat that an MSC is giving its passengers. The ship was absolutely full. Believe that they have enlarged or cabins in a renovation, but not widening the common area. The buffet restaurants, a shopping area and a pool area did not accommodate the number of passengers. It is not possible to move through the theater to a restaurant without being used by people. We had to hold like children by the hand for fear of them getting lost and not finding us quickly. The size of the pools is ridiculous and the amount of tables did not support 10% of the passengers. As well as the pool bar attendants, besides being grumpy, they couldn't handle the service. It was all chaos, without communication and without respect. Little variety of food in the buffet restaurants. In 07 days there was variation of 3 dishes. At dinner the tables were almost glued to each other and not enough food, and the taste was not worthy of a caveat. Several staying after dinner or buffet restaurant to eat something else. The only highlight is the shows, which are really very good as artists. It's unfortunate, but a cruise with the MSC is never repeated. I had already done another one in 2010 and it was fantastic, so repeated, but they are second to none. The first a dream and this now a nightmare.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom – Bella
Cabin B1
The cabin was not bad. A little poorly maintained, but it served very well. They just needed to improve the cleaning and replacement of soaps and shampoo.
But my mother was 5 days without soap in her cabin sink, but asking the maid for replacement daily.
