We sail early January each year for our wedding anniversary. Best gift is time together and throw in warm weather--my idea of Heaven.

Embarkation was quick and easy. We were on ship by 11am. Adventure was what we expected..very clean and sparkling. Signage was good. We quickly made our way to the Windjammer buffet. Food was ok. Crew were extremely personable and helpful.

Our inside cabin (deck 7) was decent size. The space between bed and vanity on one side and bed and sofa on the other was a tight squeeze but we made it work. Our cabin steward Roberto was wonderful and our room was always immaculately cleaned. Bathroom was decent size for cruise ship and liked shower doors rather than curtain.

One thing we hated was the combo shampoo-body wash in the shower. Found this to be cheap (who washes their body with shampoo & who washes their hair with body wash-ugh). So pack your own toiletries.

The food on the ship was good, the service in dining room excellent. We went to Giovanni's 1 evening and it was excellent.

The entertainment was very good. Royal Caribbean singers and dancers very good this cruise. Did not like one comedian as we found his late night show more about foul language than humor. Very good live music around the ship.

My husband and I miss enrichment experiences: ie lectures about ports, etc. Only lectures were about selling stuff.

Beautiful ports! Favorite ports in the Caribbean.

Disembarkation was as easy. It was a great cruise and we look forward to sailing on Adventure again perhaps when she gets to New Jersey.

Cabin Review

Interior

Quiet location

Lots of storage. Bed was comfortable. Very small space between bed and vanity & between bed and couch. Difficult to get in and out of bed for my husband. Could have separated beds but that seemed silly on anniversary cruise.

Immaculately clean. Great cabin Steward Roberto.

Bathroom decent size for cruise ship. Liked glass shower doors rather than shower curtain.

Would not hesitate to stay in this room again

Port & Shore Excursion Reviews

Beach

one of the best excursions we ever took. Kokoo Kunuku Beach.

open air bus, great tour guide Barbie. Lots of singing, laughing and energy. Visited small chapel, the lighthouse and off to beach. Beach chair included. Coupon book given and we had great lunch at the beach restaurant.

Would recommend to everyone
