The boarding process was a bit more tedious than TSA at the airport. We have a small toddler and wanted to relax and welcome the new year doing something fun and new. This was our very first cruise and certainly the last. The food is average and overpriced. They mess up your order EVERY day (room service) and EVERY day you might order the same thing to eat but it will be cooked completely different. If you have a small child there's NOTHING to do. The pool area is tiny and over crowded. But so is the rest of the ship. Not an ideal place to spend family time. The staff cannot be bothered. They just don't care. Honestly with the amount of drunk and rude people on board that wouldn't mind crushing a small child in an elevator I kinda understand why the staff can't be bothered. But it is their job to help you, they will not. The reservations for shore excursions that we made meant NOTHING. We bought things through the app that were NEVER delivered but we were charged for. Disembarking for shore excursions is a complete NIGHTMARE. hours and hours of waiting and angry people piling up because they don't let you out on time. Reserving something off shore only to find out it was given to someone else once you get there. Complaining or asking for your money back won't work. Nobody cares. It is NOT family friendly. it is NOT a good experience. unless you are 21 and single I guess.

OVERPRICED TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom
Cabin BD
Tiny room. Tried to upgrade too late. Too small for a family of 3. The balcony is a great addition.Despite the fact that there's many signs that say "NO SMOKING" people smoke on their balconies and your room will smell like you are smoking too. For hours.
