We did family cruise (11 people - 3 generations ages 10 to 88) for New Years 2020. Right off the bat: my wife and I have cruised MSC before (stateside and Europe) but this is our first try at a big MSC ship - it maybe our last. MSC Meraviglia is stunning but the staff seemed overwhelmed by the # of passengers. I am a firm believer in fellow cruisers can make or break a cruise. Being a NYE cruise, it was a bit crazy, really loud and obnoxious - think Carnival cruise crowd in multiple languages - we were caught in middle of german v puerto rican stand off in elevator.

What MSC did well:

-- Embarkation - quick and easy - less than 30 mins

Cabin Review

Fantastica Balcony Stateroom

due to location - balcony very deep, which was a plus

had tub instead of shower, so you'll need to be nimble to get in.
