The process for the muster and Haven on-boarding were HORRIBLE. Once past those, the Haven and overall cruise experience was fantastic.
Norwegian ... we pay extra for the Haven, why do you cram Haven people into small hot rooms as part of the on-boarding and why do you schedule way too many people to fit into the theater for the muster? Please fix those processes. Once past that, loved the cruise and the Haven.
Dining in the Haven was wonderful. Great food and service. Massages in the Haven were some of the best I have ever experienced.
