Ship is beautiful and cabin was fine. Service was good in restaurants and bars. Cabin attendant was excellent. But from there it was mostly disappointing.

The food was bland and frequently tastless, despite a "gourmet" presentation on the plate.

We dined 20 times for lunch and dinner so our assessment was formed over a long period. The cruise was over the holidays and was beyond full, so the buffet dining room was a mob scene and the specialty restaurants were booked. Our only choice was Moonlight Sonata which was very attractive and good service, but as mentioned the meals were far from memorable. We have cruised Princess, Silversea and Norwegian and even on Norwegian (a cheaper cruise line) the food was more tasty. Read more
