Wanted to cruise with the family, booked this date because my grand kids were off from school. I wanted to celebrate the new year, 2020, on a ship and this one cruised to different Caribbean islands which suited those in our group who wanted to spend time on beaches!

The entertainment was terrible, geared to foreign guests, not Americans. The food was not much better. The only great thing was the pizza and the Italian ice cream. The ice cream, by the way, you had to pay for extra!. Service was adequate, but all and all the crew didn't seem like a happy group. The ship itself was beautiful, but be aware that mid-ship cabins are directly beneath the fog horns which blast all night. We were on deck 11, but I could hear the horns down the closet/bathroom wall. DO NOT BOOK CABIN NO. 11184.

Private island was nice, we paid for a cabana number 6, much o bucks, beware they made us walk (we are late 70's) from the beginning of the bridge all the way to that distant cabana! Not Nice.
