Seems like this ship has problems and can't reach the ports on the itinerary. No notification from Holland America before departure even when the problem has been know for weeks. See other reviews. Then the captain doesn't try to avoid bad weather instead chooses to fake a port call which he knows is not staffed because tenders and the supply staff didn't even show up on their private island. A waste of Show and Time. Pretends he didn't know via Radio or via Weather Forecasts. Is he really a captain who don't know the conditions of where he is going and doesn't monitor conditions. What a waste of Money... Ships' entertainment director non engaging... Lack of DJ on a ship. No parties after 11:30PM on the ship. BARS shut Down at 11:30... Casino closes early and doesn't care if passengers wants to play... Not sure why they have a Casino in the first place if they don't want the revenue...

I had three Neptune Suites so the cabins were nice and had lots of space for our family. Rest was a waste. Website says 24hour Concierge yet no one and even the special neptune lounge closed by 8 PM... calls route to normal front desk and wait queues unbearable for VIPs and Neptune Suite Occupants. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER HOLLAND AMERICA....
