We had sailed Viking River but wanted to try the Ocean cruise and we are so glad we did. Beautiful ship, fabulous food, great service, friendly staff. The room was a little small but extremely comfortable and clean. I am planning to book our next cruise with Viking Ocean to explore Europe. I would like a little variety in the nightly entertainment with more upbeat music in the lounges. The piano music was a little dark and intense for a lounge. The staff was some of the best in the industry and the food was 5 star. I would and have recommended Viking to cruise friends. We enjoyed the ship so much we only took 3 of the complementary excursions. You can always find a quiet corner to read and relax. Decorated nicely for Christmas.
