We went Queens Grill on a short cruise in December 2019. It cost a lot of obey but it was a special occasion so we booked it.

It was awful from beginning to end. The butler didn’t even exist. We never saw him once. So although Cunard advertise this wonderful person who will pamper you good luck with that you have more chance of meeting Santa. He was meant to great us and show us to our room but we would have waited a long time for that ! He apparently unpacks your cases, books your excursions and things on board, pampers you and no problem is too big !!!!! Really that’s a complete joke. I am sure it’s false advertising just to suck you in.

Supposedly you have an extensive pillow menu. But not in our cabin. I asked 3 times for extra pillows and they never arrived. I went to concierge and I called them twice but to no avail. I used the cushions on the sofa instead. Not clean but I couldn’t sleep without them.

Would have been nice if they bothered to clean it
