We have sailed both Celebrity and Equinox in particular several times before, this cruise, by far, was the most disappointing. The staff was completely I'll-prepared in ALL areas!

They were slow ( we waited 40 minutes for breakfast), bars were understaffed (the bars were backed up), staff was uninformed (couldn't give direction), staff was rude! (Each time we mentioned something that was unsatisfactory it was as if we were bothering them, they asked us for our cabin # as if they were going to try to remedy the situation, however they did nothing.

Dinners were disappointing from quality to service. To make it worse, each night we had to listen to our waiter give a 5 minute dissertation about how he would like us to give him a #10 rating on the survey. Read more
