Just come back from a christmas cruise. The ship was only refurbed in May 2019 and the communal areas show this. They are very tastefully decorated. There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from on the ship. If you want to eat st surf and turf (payment) book early. We ate at the asian restaurant also for a payment and although we tried new items of food i would say the curry was average. The food all round was fabulous and we have no complaint. Xmas dinner was exceptional with a good choice to choose from. They waiters were also exceptional. The only downfall was the queue to book a christmas slot. This would have been better dealt with if people were not pushing in at the front of the queue which was in turn infuriating those who had stood for an hour.

The rooms were very well kept by staff. Our young man was called Cyrus and he was fabulous. My only critism is thst these havent had a complete make over. Our drawers fell out. The tv was broke which was replaced straight away i may add. The front of the safe fell off. My daughters were in a room next door and their wardrobe door fell off. I feel a bit more money could be spent to update these.

The entertainment was good. My only criticism is that they stopped a party on deck at around 11.15 for a carol service inside. We went to the nightclub in a hope to carry on partying. The DJ pkayed awful songs and the only reason we knew it had gon midnight is that we were waiting to sing happy birthday to our friend as he turned 50 xmas day.
