Decided on CroisiEurope for my first river cruise - 5 nights roundtrip from Vienna. Cabin I went for a cabin on the top deck and was glad I did. Beds were really comfortable and the room was very well appointed with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was fairly basic and quite small but it did the job. Dining There is one dining room with allocated tables for the entire voyage. Breakfast was buffet style and lunch and dinner were set menus. There was no choice on the set menus but they did take dietary requirements into consideration. Food was on the whole very nice though some dishes (eg snails) were not to everyone's taste. Christmas Eve was a 7 course banquet and there was also a gala dinner on the last night. Drinks Almost all drinks were included in your cruise fare and there was a wide selection to choose from. The only upcharges were for specific wines , branded spirits and some branded water. As a non-drinker I didn't take much notice of the alcohol on offer but fellow travellers seemed happy with the included wines. Tea and coffee was always available and there was a wide selection of juices on offer along with Pepsi branded soft drinks. Ports Vienna - Budepest - Bratislava Excursions The cruise line offered several excursions and they could be purchased individually or as the whole package. As a rule, morning excursions were from 9 - 12 and then we were brought back to the ship for lunch. Afternoon trips were from approx. 2 - 5pm. Trips were very well organised and informative. We were given headsets in our cabins that were ours for the duration to listen to the guide's commentary. Overall a very pleasant trip, would recommend

Cabin Review

Cabin
Very well appointed cabin on the top deck with twin beds. Could do with more sockets to charge devices.
