We are a 60ish couple who traveled for the New Year's cruise to the Mexican Riviera. We have experienced over 20 cruises with Princess, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Oceania, Azamara, Seabourn, and Viking Ocean. I was not expecting a very good cruise based on reviews, but it was really not that bad provided you are in a select class of cabin, meaning Concierge or Haven. We were in Concierge. Anything else and it would have been a very bad use of my money.

Embarkation

We arrived at 10:30 AM and were able to actually enter the terminal building right away and were directed to the concierge line (enter go all the way to the rear, last line near wall) and waiting area. It was pretty painless. Please note that without concierge or Haven, you will wait a very long time to board, standing in line.
