We were 50 people on this cruise and not one of us enjoyed our experience. Thank God we had each other or it would’ve been the worst trip ever. Most of the staff (with an exception of some) were extremely rude. The waitresses/ waiters were especially rude. They appeared very annoyed when we’d ask for something. Most of them appeared to hate their job. It made us all very uncomfortable and irritated. It took staff a very, very long time to get us drinks at every bar. The bars all closed by midnight. Although, did have a night club and casino open late. We were all super excited to attend comedy shows, laser tag and go-carting, however, they were all sold out and most of us weren’t able to enjoy any activities. They did have average food, I’ll give them that. The specialty restaurants were pretty good, however, some of them charged additional fees for certain items. For example, the seafood restaurant had a $2 up-charge for Brussels sprouts. It was pathetic, the steak was included but we had to pay an up charge for some sides? This was the most expensive cruise I’ve ever been on. We paid for for this trip than we ever did with royal Caribbean, celebrity or carnival. This was our first time on a Norwegian ship and it will be our last. I have never written a review because I’ve never had a bad experience on any cruise. I always enjoyed cruises, until now.

Nice rooms and our room was always clean thanks for Clark our amazing housekeeper. He was the one and only great thing about the trip.
