We were so looking forward to this cruise re all the hype it had been given before it was launched but for us it was disappointing on so many levels. As we are elite with Celebrity it figures that we have been on many cruises with them and have always enjoyed them. This one not so much. The ship itself is quite modern with some nice touches but It is also very expensive - drinks, speciality restaurants and shops. Seems to be gearing for a different market altogether. The main restaurants were ok -food nothing special. The Ocean View Cafe is very nice with plenty of choice. One of the best buffets we have had at sea. The entertainment was mixed. The theatre is lovely and very high tech. Eden is pretty but the entertainment in this venue needs to be replaced immediately - it's dire! The club is very dark and dismal though the acrobatic show here was excellent. There are no comfortable chairs anywhere to sit apart from the Cafe Bacio which was full all the time with people just lounging about. If you want to have a quiet conversation with friends - forget it. We also felt that the staff were a hit and a miss - not to Celebrity standards at all. If you are new to cruising you probably will enjoy this ship but for regular cruisers - it doesn't work. There are other companies out there doing a better job.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom
Cabin 06
The cabin was very nice and the bedding comfortable.
There is a touch pad on the wall which regulates the lighting and heating and air conditioning.
The bathroom is a high improvement with a lovely shower and plenty of room.
