Antarctica was on our bucket list for a long time. This was a beautiful and truly unspoiled nature. We loved Antarctica. The expedition was great but don’t book or plan to book the optional excursions unless you plan to be disappointed. When we made our initial booking we were told we could book the optional excursions until the sailing date. Called 2 weeks later to book and were told had to be once we got to the ship and after rushing onboard to book were told to wait and hear a lecture and was a random lottery. Did not get any of our excursions we wanted after much anticipation and daily disappointments as the cabins of who was chosen were displayed. Did not register for camping because was told had to be at least 15 years old but on the night of camping we saw young kids age 9 and 11 go camping

Finally got photo cruising last night and it was disaster and crew/staff didn’t care. Photographer was great and tried his best to make it nice but kept getting redirected from bridge and didn’t get any worthwhile time out of ship

Left feeling like given misinformation and disappointed
