Sailed 5 times and Second Sailing on the Anthem this year and they made a very big change to App Since My last Sailing in April. For one they took away any Msg or IMsg service without notifying anyone. It will now cost you at least the min data package and with a family of 20 for the new Year Cruise we could of dished out over $2000 dollars for 8 days. They said there testing a new app on 3 other ships, but why they took something away before it was ready. Every Day there are to many announcements for passengers to contact guest services I was even woken at 5 am with announcements for passenger to contact the guest services. If they had Msg App they could just txt them. Pool side entertainment without the passengers being the entertainment is almost none during day time. Boat Band once played at pool deck for 20 min took 15 rest then played 20 more then left. Big Pool Screen TV repeats same cat dog video every 20 min Every Day, Every day. Only when Passengers are involved (sexy man, Belly Flop) is there entertainment Staff don't even try. There is no Party atmosphere around pool as you find on NCL, Disney Don't now why. April school break is coming and there is always more kids then adults maybe try and change something Get a DJ for pool side. Get back Chive tv. "The Gift" show no one understands and to long with people walking out during performance. I only went to the show for some new passengers and they asked me what was going on I could not tell them as I have never figured it out and until they said they had enough.
