It was by far the worst cruise we have ever been on! The service was terrible! Nobody was friendly. Bartenders are not nice or helpful. The food is absolute trash and the chefs and servers are very very rude. We talked to over 50 people and all of them agreed to never go on a costa again. After 8pm you can’t get anything to eat except for the pizza that they charge you for. Can’t get bottles of water unless you want to pay $8 for a bottle. Anytime food is put out it’s a race to get it first as they run out every meal. There is more things to list then I can even remember. It was terrible and nobody was happy nor did anyone speak English or understand you when you talked to them. Most of the crew would turn there back on you and walk away and not acknowledge you at all. No basketballs or volleyballs available they said they were all rented. No other activities on board. Pools were closed half the time. 4 year old boy couldn’t sit in the hot tub with parents. Drink packages never included everything there was always a catch or scam to charge you for something even with the unlimited drink package. Hotel room service charge daily per person. Terrible cruise line!
