NYE Cruise for a large family group of 14 to 89 year olds. I have cruised with Celebrity twice before and recently did the RCCL Symphony.

Embarkation was an issue. Those that showed up to port early had an hour plus long delay getting to the port. We got there an hour an a half before sailing and most greeters were packing it in so although there were few people in line it took quite a bit. Then Celebrity claimed that it had not received some docs they needed from me that I had emailed 4 days before and they did not have a copier handy to make copies so the lady had to trek to the office, etc, etc, about 45 minutes to check in although we did online check in.

Pros

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 1C

large and comfortable

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Went to Royal Palm Beach Club, crowded, crappy food, cannot recommend unless you get a beach cabana.

Costa Maya

went to crazy lobster, a beach bar, lobster quesadillas were excellent as well as $1 mini coronas..
