We choose this ship because of the dates and length of this cruise. We have been on 23 cruises and this was the worst one we have ever been on. Our main complaints are the lack of service and lack of entertainment! There was just nothing to do! They had a large screen over the pool, but it was hardly ever used! What a waste! We enjoy being in the pool and watching movies! They even had a restaurant that had snacks for movies, but there were only 3 the entire cruise! The Pinnacle Grill, the steak specialty restaurant had terrible service. We were not approached by a waiter until 45 minutes after being seated. Then, we waited an hour for our appetizers! 5 tables walked out and were not charged . We didn't wait around either!There were some good features like the room size, the itinerary embarkment and disembarkment. We also liked the Dutch Cafe and the New York Deli. However, the bad were really bad! Never again Holland America!
