Cruise was OK. Food was average. Ship maintenance was awful.

Cabin: Interior

Los Angeles port is close to my home.

The ship was s mess. It was poorly maintained in nearly every area. Mold in the public bathrooms, food frames patched with mismatched aluminum. None of the tampon machines worked. Black mold, rust and algae visible on the stairs in the conservatory, urged out lift number. Dirty carpets. Horizon court windows so dirty you could barely see out.

Moldings and murals ruined by water from leaking pipes in the restaurant. We were told that one of the pools had a crack, but the ceiling in horizon court was dripping, no pool there! Brown stains on the carpet from dripping. Ceiling tiles inserted incorrectly and didn't fit right. They raised the price on a pre paid spa service by 45% they refused to honor their posted and prepaid price.

Cabin Review

Interior

I fixed the drawer pulls.

However the problem was not the cabin. It was: leaking sewage. Leaky pipes. Mold. Algae. And a consistent low level of ship maintenance. Dirt, rust, scratches, g ok uges. Worn out seat cushions.
