This is our second Celebrity cruise but we have sailed about 20 times overall. And we now truly love Celebrity. The only similar level of Guest Service is when we have sailed with Disney. We had two of our sones get married this fall and needed to "Skip Christmas" this year. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite and LOVED it!....maybe too much.
We live outside of Orlando and drove down to Miami Friday night. We stayed at ALoft, which was close to the Brickell area and perfect location to the port. We parked and were on the ship at 11:05, Awesome! We enjoyed a lovely lunch at Luminae and met a fun group from North Dakota that we ended up hanging with the rest of the cruise. The ship is definitely ready for its Revolution renovation but it was very clean and laid out great for guests to get around the ship.
A few Highlights:
We enjoyed the size of our cabin. We got an upgrade to Suite class and enjoyed the location and the attention of our attendant, Jeorge, and our butler, Andi. We did have an issue with moisture in the closet but it was taken care of right away by Andi. My wife enjoyed the full size tub in the bathroom. Verandah was lovely and we did enjoy the time we spent in our cabin.
Lovely day walking around the island.
