Highly recommend spending the holidays on a cruise. The ship was smaller than others I've taken, but we were able to meet people we would continue to see. Food at Windjammer and main dining room was great, including Lobster night and Indian night. Entertainment was generally good, Deena from the Royal Caribbean entertainers, has an amazing voice. Also enjoyed Motown live, and the male comedian. Perry Grant at the piano bar I thought was hilarious, but especially funny after the kids left. The only criticism is the casino allows smoking which seeps into other rooms. It could possibly be improved by better ventilation or simply not allowing smoking in the casino. Most ports can be explored by taking a island cruise by van/taxi, which averaged about $25-30 per person. All dropped us off at the beach. Other note is they had Chanukah services, led by the cantor from the St. Thomas island synagogue. It was nice that made an effort to be inclusive to other religions and also had some amazing beef brisket. They also had latkas and matzoh ball soup.

Great to get away, casinos should have better ventilation
