We decided to take a Christmas cruise. It was a nightmare. 12&13 year old knocking on doors in the night n running away. Water dripping from the ceiling in the dining area. Food n dishes left every where. Children breaking glasses at the dinner table. While the parents sat at another table. The staff didn’t look happy to be working. We waited at dinner for 10 minutes and no one never came over to greet us at dinner. We had to go find a waiter to place our dinner order. Several people walked out and never got served that night. The service has went down so much. And the food was not good. Not enough activities to do. And they charge for so much now for everything. You could at least charge half off on port days for the movie’s. I made several complaints to guest service and was told next time don’t take a cruise with kids. Which was funny when we had ours with us. So disrespectful n rude. I couldn’t enjoy my balcony room from the noise above us. Making bigger ships and taking away all quality n respect. I don’t mind paying for more if I got quality and some respect. So if the staff was rude n they just look unhappy. Many complained about their pay. Please take time and listen to your consumers n your staff. This is why so many are going to other cruise lines. Last but not least I had to look for staff people to fill up the wipes in the gym just to clean the equipment. Not my job but wanted to clean from working out.
