Cabin: Vista Suite with Balcony
Flew to Rome to board the ship.Booked an expensive junior suite and the experience was ruined by two anti social demons in the stateroom next door.Mother and daughter from New Zealand.On the 2nd day they were shouting and bawling and swearing and using the F word.I spoke to the cabin steward who promised to get it stopped.
It did not stop and they were on the balcony at 6am swearing and being a nuisance.
I got customer services involved and i did everything correct to try and get this noise stopped.Customer Services failed to stop the noise and the cruise was ruined.

Cabin was lovely but RUINED by noise by anti social guests next door.
