I have traveled with Norwegian cruise line 4 times before taking MSC Dvina on 12/20/2019 because of one of the interesting ports of Eastern Caribbean is on MSC Divina. I'd like to compare the different experience here, hope can give you some ideas when you choose the cruise company for travel.

1.Staffs on MSC Divina seemed unhappy, no smile, no greeting on my first day boarding, while Norwegian staffs always dancing, singing with warm welcome at the gate when boarding

2. The house keeper never smile, never greet guests, but impolitely asked guests to put used dishes inside cabins instead of outside at the door. People on cruise is for relaxing, why should I have to face this kind of unhappy face and bad attitude everyday? The house keepers on Norwegian always greet you whenever and wherever you meet them. Used plates can be just simply left outside the cabin, and the house keepers will take them away immediately.
