My wife and I booked 15 rooms for family Christmas at sea on MSC and all everyone left the ship with was the flu and bad memories.

LED ceiling in promenade awesome, crepe and gelato store awesome, fish and chips in Irish pub good as well as suchi at the suchi restaurant. Pizza was good. Now for the negative: Cruise starts at the terminal where the girl behind the counter was rude with no personality. Luggage was lost and had to be found, deck 8 halls smell like sewer gas, dining room food and service broken, had to ask for water, buffet was a free for all with miserable people, shows were minimal at best, no craps or hold em in casino, spa was small with rooms out of service. We are NCL Haven cruisers, would not think about the Yacht Club. Going back to NCL where the passengers are number 1, Thanks!
