Always wanted to see Australia and New Zealand. It was disappointing, Hobart and Tauranga were good, but the other ports were not interesting. The crew was great. Management was not to be seen very often. The customer service desk was disorganized, except for Yesemena. There are no set lines and guests did not know where to line up, so there was line jumping and walking ahead of people waiting. This caused confusion, anger, and hostility. The food was good, not much variety. The International Cafe with it’s coffee card deal has great gourmet coffee and specialty coffees at a set price of $39.00 is a good deal. However, the computer did not account properly for the specialty coffee allowed, and we had to correct them twice. The crew was really great, and the shows were mostly good. My wife and I liked the interior cabin and we had a good cabin steward. We paid for the thermal suite and the lockers, the showers and the dressing room was PUBLIC, DEFINITELY NOT WARTH THE PRICE.
