Went on this cruise to enjoy a Christmas away. Turned out it was nothing special as we expected a special Christmas lunch which didn't happen.
The staff need to enforce the dress regulations in a more thorough manner as we saw people in shorts, T shirts and tattered jeans being admitted to formal evenings. Not a good situation for the guests that did observe the dress rules. Very lax indeed.
There was also a noticeable absence of officers moving about the ship, in fact we never saw the captain at any point in time. Other cruise lines we have been on there was always officers present throughout the ship.
