This was our first cruise so I have no basis for comparison. I could not understand why the reviews for this ship were so mixed prior to sailing on it. Having spent ten nights on it. I can now fully understand why some love it and it is anathema to others, especially traditional cruisers. To make this review vaguely logical I've divided it up into sections.

The Good

The staff were fabulous we had nothing other than polite and friendly service in every aspect. Of course this boat is American and works on a a 'service not included basis' so whether staff are trying extra hard to get their salary up to a decent level is hard to know. But if they were you couldn't tell it was all very professional.
