Ship is beautiful. Still had that "new car" smell. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The cabin was clean. Love the new colors and the new curtains to the balcony.

FOOD - they need to have more Vegetarian / Vegan options. When I did place a special order (before breakfast for dinner - in the dining room - Anytime dining) - when I went to diner, they did not have a record of my order. The head waiter (Andrea) was very helpful and worked with the chefs to make my meal. The food in the buffet was always cold. It is open like on the Regal & Royal, so it's not as chaotic. However, even though there are 2 sides to the buffet, they don't always have the same food on each side. So you either miss out on some things, or your food gets even colder walking around to see everything. Sugar is now in dispensers (regular & raw). Splenda, Sweet & Low, and Equal are still in the little packets. Straws are a hot commodity. You are no longer given one with your drinks. You have to ask for them. So, if you like using a straw, ask for it when you order your drink. If you forget, then the waiter has to go back to the bar and get one for you. They are also not happy about that either. On the SKY, the bar at the International Cafe has been replaced with Belinis. They still HAVE the coffee "bar", but the bar in the lounge area has changed. If you would like to order a juice from the bar in the International Cafe, you have to ask a wait staff person and they will have to make it for you.

ENTERTAINMENT: Saw Five Skies show. It was AMAZING!! Loved it! We missed the Rock Opera. I did not know that the production shows were only performed 1 day (2 showings). So, if you missed it, you are out of luck. HINT: Get to the theatre a MINIMUM of 1 hour before the show to get a good seat. The seats in the theatre no longer have the side table that comes out of the arm of the chair. So, if you have a drink, you will have to hold it. Read more
