Cruise from Sydney to New Zealand on the 4th Dec 2019. Food was terrible, bulky food with no love or effort. Bought a drink package but coffee shop close by 11am, ???? on a cruise ship and you pay US$35 a night for the soft drink package.

After the volcano eruption incident, we were stuck in Tauranga for 2 extra days without much information. Not much effort in softening the sad situation with coffee shop close at the same time again. They even cancelled the highlight of the tour, they cancelled the trip to sounds and compensate one days of the cruise for the two days we lost, go figure on the math. They even accuse us being not human for not showing any sympathy on the people involve in the volcano incident. What a blow and insult, we were as badly affected as everyone but the cruise team did not provide any support; physiology, emotional or any at all.

Food department was the worst I had experience, by the third days I could identify and memories they food location.....no changes for the whole 12 days. Occasionally, they will open a noddle sections but only two stations with the other two stations close and the queue on these stations was shocking. You would thought that they will open more stations in the next cycles....what a disappointment, same old story.
