This was our 12th cruise and will probably be our last. Except for our room steward, workers were downright rude. Service was horrible. 90 minutes to get a Mongolian dish made. Had to stand in line for 90+ minutes to ferry to and from Half Moon Caye (no lines- just stalled the ferry with no explanation). They didn’t deliver my preordered speciality gift to my room for my annuversary. When I went down they said it was non refundable because I ordered it online???? The slides weren’t open on the last sea day- not wind related because the ropes course was open and the spray ground was closed too. So nothing for kids to do. Only 2 hot tubs that were jammed packed- I counted 27 adults/kids at one point. No pool games, DJ or anything on the pool deck on sea day. Smoking area was right outside the entrance of the kids club. They partied in the atrium on 3 until 2 am with music and screaming ( including the cruise director). We could hear it all the way in our cabin on the 9th floor and couldn’t sleep. Completely overbooked with few activities ( or no availability to participate) I would keep going....
