This was our 4th cruise, all with NCL. My husband (42) and I (37) are an active couple, traveling with no kids.

I was sort of nervous for this vacation as there were a couple of norovirus outbreaks on the ship in the news. However, we did not get sick, and thought the crew did an amazing job cleaning the communal spaces of the ship. I also thought it was a great idea to have the common area bathroom doors open so people did not have to touch the door handles, only the stall door handles. Full disclosure we typically do not eat in any of the buffets.

Overall, I thought the customer service was the best we had gotten on of any of our cruises. All the staff was warm, friendly and smiling. Our room steward was great and even did the towel animals for us per our request.

Mini-Suite - Connecting Stateroom

As sailing previously with NCL, we knew what to expect with the room and balcony size. We also generally try to stay midship. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed early, I would recommend staying on a higher or lower floor. We were near some of the bars who have bands until 10 pm and it is loud! We did not mind as we went to bed after 10 pm.
