Let me just start by saying we are Avid Cruisers and we Cruise Norwegian at least twice a year on usually the Norwegian Sky to the Bahamas which has always been phenomenal.... BUT....This is the first time we've taken a longer trip and we were on the Norwegian Escape and it was far from great.... To start they put our kids completely on the AFT when we were in the front of the ship which they were supposed to be right next to us and then they told us they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do about it, so the entire trip we had to walk back and forth from the front of ship to the back of the ship just to get to our kids room. The team on the ship is not as friendly as we are used to and the casino team is super rude. They are anal about everything and constantly bugging you and making sure your cup is in a cup holder or your cashing out your chips for smaller chips even though you're moving to another table. The food at the buffet was super cold almost everyday so we chose to pay for the upscale restaurants instead which were great....also, they charge for every single little thing like ponchos which they've never usually do.. there was no lotion or any bath items in the bathrooms and they only gave us two towels.. so it seems out like all the extras they usually give they don't give any on this ship...

..and we didnt even get any cute little towel animals on our bed. The woman who was supposed to be our room service we barely ever saw and when we did she was not friendly at all. now on to the entertainment. I understand this was kind of a Christmas cruise and there was more families but good Lord entertainment was super crap music they only had two times when it was upbeat party music and the layout on this boat was super weird so there was no good energy really at all during the entire cruise. Usually its upbeat and they do a welcome aboard party and there was none of this on this ship.

We were very very disappointed with this ship I will never go again. I guess the Norwegian Sky set our bar High apparently and is very weird that it's the same company with completely different Vibes on the ship...
