There was no customer service at all. Would call down to reception and ask for something to get done and it either would never get done at all or would take two to three days, and that's after asking another two to three times. At one point we were informed by the reception that the mini bar was part of our aurea package but at the end of the cruise we got charged for it because it was not part of our package, even thought we were told so. The food in the buffet is the same food everyday and the entertainment was subpar. They are not organized at all when it comes to excursions at ports. our first stop was Puerto Rico and because of the weather we were an hour late to port, and then I took another two and a half hours to get off the ship. Definitely will never cruise with MSC ever again.
