This was our first time using MSC. We have been on 24 plus cruises. We did not have high expectations, but everything was fantastic!!!! Excellent service, food and cleanliness of the ship. Beautiful ship. The ship did not feel over crowded and had ample smoking areas. Would definitely go on another MSC cruise. Movie under the stars was good. We only caught one show, very good performance of thriller. The inside cabin had more than enough area and the room steward was more than attentive. Whatever you needed was a phone call away. The bed was a little hard, we mentioned this to the room steward and he added a mattress topper right away. It made a world of difference. The main dining room staff did a performance at every meal and made it feel like a dinner with a show. We didn’t go to any specialty restaurants, but I did order a Steak for $21.00 in the main dining room. Fantastic. We didn’t feel we needed to go to the specialty dining restaurant as the food was that good. The pizza was the best at sea we ever had. Ocean Cay was our last stop. As it just opened, you can see the newly planted trees and vegetation. Give it another 5 years or so and it will be beautiful. Excellent beaches.

Port Reviews

Ocho Rios

Been here before, not much to do unless you want to go to Dunn’s river which we did before

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Took a cab to seven mile beach, rented chairs, bucket of beer for $23.00. Beautiful beach, it’s a must see

Cozumel

Great for shopping

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

Rented umbrella, excellent beach, great food at buffet and food trucks. Bar service was a little slow.
