My husband won a jackpot at our local Casino and won a cruise with Norwegian Cruises and we bought a cabin for my sister in law and day of sailing had a different awful cabin for her and she is disabled and can’t be by herself and was supposed to be near our cabin but wasn’t and did not clear it up and the cabin was never cleaned and the hallway to it stunk had to report to guest services and it got handled. Also we took an excursion and that was good but the other stops we did our own travels. The food was ok but serving size was small except buffet which was good. The jewelry store on board was great and bought things from them. The leaving of the ship was very stressful and was told to come with them to customs for further evaluation and it was very easy from their but never told beforehand
