Cabin: Concierge Family Villa Suite with Balcony

The options were endless... perhaps too many options because the staff always seemed rushed unable to provide personalization or personality.
FOOD: The food itself was good, excellent steaks!
POOLS & HOT TUBS: If you want pools & hot tubs.... this is NOT the ship for you. Only 2 VERY small pools one for adults and one for kids. Kids area hot tubs only 6 at a time, and the water is not hot. Same for the adult hot tubs (although can fit 35) it is not hot.
